All fees are quoted and payable in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices not paid within 14 days of the due date may incur a late payment charge of 2% per month on the outstanding amount.
We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy for individual sessions. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session will be charged at 50% of the session fee. Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours notice may be rescheduled at no charge. No-shows are charged at the full session rate.
Our consultancy services are advisory in nature. We provide information, analysis, and recommendations based on the information you provide to us. Our advice does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or psychological professional advice. We strongly recommend you seek qualified professional advice in these specific domains as appropriate to your circumstances.
Outcomes from engaging our services depend substantially on the implementation of agreed plans by the client. We accept no liability for results that are contingent on actions you choose to take or not take following our consultations.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Project Panic & Marketing Masters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total aggregate liability in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information shared during the engagement. We will not disclose your personal or business information to third parties without your consent, and we ask that you treat any proprietary methodologies, tools, or materials we share with you as confidential.
Either party may terminate an ongoing service engagement by providing 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, you will be liable for fees for services rendered up to the date of termination. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful, abusive, or unlawful.
These Terms and any dispute arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ras al Khaimah, UAE.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
